About Us

CrossTown Theatre Troupe creates awareness for youth voice in the Ypsilanti Area. It is comprised of local middle school and high school youth who want to have an impact on their community. Youth who participate in this organization learn improvisational skills, interactive theatre, and an understanding of theatre for social change. CrossTown Theatre Troupe's performances seek to increase community engagement, access to youth perspectives, and generate community dialogue.
